Preparing for production

Production of mushrooms begins with loading the compost with casing soil to the production tunnel. The production hall is a specialized building prepared only for production of mushrooms.

Production processes are strictly controlled by a computer system designed specially for this type of production.

Mushrooms production

After loading the tunnel the technologist conducts a range of controlling activities, ie.: checking the compost temperature, checking the compost humidity, checking the casing soil humidity, controlling structure of compost and casing etc.

Mushrooms loading

Each crate of mushrooms is numbered and weighed. Then, as quickly as possible, it is put in the cooling unit where it undergoes the so called shock cooling down to 2 degrees C. see more

We cooperate

Our mushroom farm closely cooperates with the mushroom farm Mushroom Production Sebastian Markiewicz - also a family farm.

The farms conduct a common trading policy and thanks to that the weekly sale reaches 120 tons.

Packing

We pack the goods in containers of varied volume. It all depends on the needs and requirements of the customer. We try to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the purchaser.
